New product: Dawn Simple Pleasures freshens the air while you do dishes

I've washed enough dishes that I don't mind (much) anymore. Plus a dishwasher stands between me and dishpan hands.
That said, if I'm going to stand at the sink, it should be as pleasurable as possible.
No matter what brand of dish liquid is currently on tap in the kitchen, I always keep a bottle of Dawn under the sink. It works better on greasy plastic
I was intrigued with a new product called Dawn Simple Pleasures, a dish liquid with a built-in air freshener.
Dawn does its job well enough without needing to multitask, I thought, but I took Water Lily & Jasmine scent Simple Pleasures for a test.
The air freshener "pebbles" release their scent through a ventilated plastic cup on the bottom of the bottle; the choice of scents also includes Apple & Pear and Lemon & Tangerine.
The air freshener was barely noticeable in my kitchen, which is in an open-floor plan, and even less so after a few days. Maybe in a smaller kitchen it would have more impact.
I preferred the Apple & Pear scent to the Water Lily & Jasmine, which had a manufactured, chemical smell. I didn't get to try the Lemon & Tangerine.
If counter space is at a premium, Simple Pleasures could be the answer to a kitchen, post-fish fry, with a stack of dirty dishes. But otherwise, I'll stick with straight Dawn.
A 12.6-ounce bottle is $3.25.
